This is Dodger.
Controls:
Left arrow -> Go Left
Right arrow -> Go Right
Up arrow - > Go Up
Down arrow - > Go Down

Thankfully, you don't need to install anything. Just download the rar file. It contains both linux and windows version. Just choose the appropriate one and go nuts.
